In short, it is not bad. If you expect something really East European you will be surprised because everything is working and waiting time is short. Do not expect much of the tax free shops. Almost nothing at all and the prices do not look tax free. Still, sigarettes are cheap like everywhere in Serbia so grab a carton on your way out. It will approximately cost you 10 euro's!
